Russ is barely coping with a confusing, largely sardonic group when he steps in to cover for the careers officer. Lauren won't take the session seriously so Russ issues her with a stark warning of her listless future if she doesn't listen. Anita confesses to Theresa that she has done something nasty to get her own back on Lauren but refuses to disclose the gory details.
